We are seeking an Operations & Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving operational processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for process optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience (X+ years) in operations management, process improvement, or business analysis roles.

    • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferred.

    • Strong project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Visio).

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
