Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience (X+ years) in operations management, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
Strong project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
